The Marine People Manager NEU will be the escalation point of contact for our seafarers regarding all HR aspects throughout their employment with Maersk. In this role, the Marine People Manager NEU is responsible for creating, implementing, and continuously improving end-to-end Marine People and Culture (MPC) processes that align with the MPC Strategy. This includes fostering a strong, supportive relationship with seafarers and providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to a team that acts as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
