The Position
The finance team is responsible for driving the financial agenda at the site in close collaboration with the management team.
Your main tasks will be:
Drive budget process and follow-up: Facilitate the budget process to ensure resources are allocated to business priorities and all areas are pushing for stretched optimisation ambitions. This requires curiosity about understanding the business to both understand needs for additional funding and where there is a need for additional actions to succeed with the budget. This also requires good stakeholder management and an ability to run a complex process with many sub-deliverables. Ensure insights and transparency into the cost base: To enable line of business to manage spend efficiently it is essential to have strong insights into how the budget is spent.
