First and foremost welcome to the Automation, Data & Change team. We are part of GBS Operations, which is responsible for running all of Nordea’s customer related operations and thereby supporting the Business Areas in delivering products and services to our customers.
As the Head of Operations Capabilities, you will play a vital role in enabling Operations develop and drive its strategic change agenda supporting Nordea’s priorities.
