THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently hiring a Night Porter for a full-time position. As a Night Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay by maintaining a friendly, peaceful, and courteous atmosphere throughout the hostel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist guests and create a cozy atmosphere
- Facilitate check-in processes
- Manage sales of beverages, snacks, and more
- Handle administrative tasks during the night
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently
- Represent Steel House Copenhagen with a positive attitude and dynamic teamwork
