Centrum Personale are looking for a Commercial Controlling & Reporting Analyst to join Nordic Controlling team of 3 controllers and 1 Head of controlling. In this role, you will support commercial performance management across the Nordic region, provide business insights to management, and contribute to the ongoing transformation of our reporting.
The role is enduring for two years with possibility os extention.
You will report to and work closely with the Head of Controlling of Nordics based in Copenhagen and be a key member of the Nordic Controlling team.
Key responsibilities:
Commercial Performance Management & Reporting
Monitor and analyze commercial performance (new business, wastages & renewals)
Top line analysis including: premium / service revenue (risk & collection revenue)
Support the commercial budget & forecast process with local management & Region management
Ensure accuracy, consistency and timely commercial reporting
Track actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunitiesBusiness Partnering
Act as a business partner to local and regional management by providing commercial insights, challenging performance trends and supporting decision-making.
Develop and maintain commercial KPIs and performance dashboards
Support management with presentations and executive reporting Data analysis
Enhance reporting processes and improve data quality
Maintain high data quality of the reports while migrating to a new system
Drive automation and efficiency initiatives within commercial & financial processes
Profile:
A degree in Controlling, Finance, Reporting and/or Data Analysis.
3-5 years of experience in Controlling, Business Analysis, Commercial Finance or Data Analytics.
Experience in an analytical role, particularly one involving support to internal clients is a particular merit.
Advanced Excel skills are required. Experience with Power BI, data visualization and reporting tools would be considered a strong advantage.
As an individual, you are detail-oriented, analytical and comfortable challenging existing procedures to drive improvements.
Ability to work proactively and independently but also enjoy working in teams.
Well-developed communication skills and enjoy working across functions and with diverse stakeholders.
You will be working in an international environment characterized by change, which will require flexibility and adaptability.
Fluency in both spoken and written professional English is essential.
